We encourage families and clients to discuss any concerns about our services with us so that we may take the necessary steps to investigate with the goal of identifying opportunities for improvement.
If you have any concerns, we encourage you to first discuss with your child’s therapist or the person involved. If the result is not to your satisfaction, you may direct your concern, verbally or in writing to either manager listed below. Should you not be satisfied with the resolution you may request to meet with the Director of KidsInclusive and/or the HDH Patient Relations Specialist.
