
This session is facilitated by an Occupational Therapist and a Family Resource Consultant. It is designed for parents/caregivers who are struggling with their child’s sleep habits.
As a result of participating in this session, parents/caregivers will be able to:
- Identify your child’s sleep challenges
- Identify helpful sleep hygiene practices
- Develop a positive sleep environment and bedtime routine
- Identify potential strategies/interventions to resolve sleep challenges
