It is important for KidsInclusive to make efficient and meaningful use of resources while recognizing the need for flexibility for our clients and families. Appointment times are held specifically for your child; at least one and sometimes up to four clinicians have reserved this time for you.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If for any reason you need to cancel your first appointment at KidsInclusive, or future appointments, please Contact Us immediately to let us know. Our voicemail system is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Advanced notification is appreciated as we are often able to offer this time to another child who is waiting.
If your child is sick please help us control the spread of illness and infection and cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible. Please Contact Us to cancel your appointment.
When you have notified us that you need to cancel an appointment we will make every effort to re-book the appointment in a timely manner without affecting others waiting to be seen. Two missed appointments without notification may result in services being terminated or your name being placed at the end of the wait list for service.
