Our annual Kilometers for Kids – Run/Walk/Roll event takes place each spring and requires about 50 volunteers to run. Many volunteers are placed as marshals along the race route. Others are assigned places at our registration table or at kids’ activities.

In 2026 we will be running our iCan Bike program again. This requires 80-90 committed volunteers who can be available Monday-Friday either for the morning or afternoon (3.5 hrs each). Each child requires two volunteers while they are in the program, which means we need a large number of volunteers to make this program successful. Volunteers need to be at least 16 years of age, and be physically fit to run or walk for extended periods of time. CPICs are required to volunteer for this event.

If you’re interested in volunteering at either of these events please email us on our Contact Us page.
