Observational Learning/Job Shadowing

Our job shadowing opportunities at KidsInclusive are strictly observational and individuals do not participate in patient care. These shadow opportunities are meant for individuals who are looking to learn and gain knowledge about a particular field which may help inform them of their educational path. KidsInclusive is currently able to offer a 1 day shadow opportunity with the following disciplines:  Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Speech & Language Pathology.

Shadow students should acknowledge the following:

  • You will be responsible for your own transportation to get to the shadow location
  • You must dress in professional but comfortable attire
  • Our hours of work are generally Monday-Friday 8 am- 4pm
  • Bringing your own snacks/water/lunch
  • We provide services to children and youth from birth to 18 year of age
