Welcome to the SmartStart Hub!

The Hub is a one-stop shop to help families find the help their child may need. Every SmartStart Hub is a point of entry to child development services for parents and caregivers who have concerns about their child’s development.

Children are eligible from birth to age 19 (21 if in school) and live in Ontario. You do not need a diagnosis.

The process is simple. Just contact us via phone or by using the Contact Us Form below. SmartStart Hubs work with families to find the services and supports that will meet their goals.

We recognize that each family’s life and experience is unique, and that families are experts on their child’s abilities and needs. Services and programs are informed by evidence and best practices. We focus is on the child and family’s strengths in a friendly, supportive and culturally safe environment.

SmartStart Hubs are located in every region of the province. At KidsInclusive, we serve as Ontario’s SmartStart Hub for KFLA and LLG.
