Sleep Solutions

This session is facilitated by an Occupational Therapist (OT) and a Family Resource Consultant (FRC). It is designed for parents/caregivers who are struggling with their child’s sleep habits.

As a result of participating in this session, parents/caregivers will be able to:

  1. Identify your child’s sleep challenge(s)
  2. Identify helpful sleep hygiene practices
  3. Develop a positive sleep environment and bedtime routine
  4. Identify potential strategies/interventions to resolve sleep challenge(s)
